Ablaze Torch Relay

Historic Trinity partnered with Our Shepherd Lutheran Church served on Friday, June 26, as one of the final Rally Sites of the Michigan District Ablaze Torch Relay. There were games and Crafts in the Luther Lounge, and "The Torch" and runners arrived at Historic Trinity at 6:15. The Living Stones Youth Band performed, and The Detroit Tigers Mascos "PAWS" greeted everyone.

Rev. Bill Yonker, an inspirational speaker, addressed the group at 7:00 p.m., and the Livng Stones Youth Band again performed at 7:30 p.m. There was an ice cream social all evening.

The event adjourned at 8:00 p.m. A good time was had by all!
